5. If necessary, a specific advertising campaign is developed and placed in selected media.

6. All potential candidates generated by this procedure are then reviewed and interviewed, then pre-screening and reference checking is conducted.

A short list is then presented to the client. If required, our clients may instruct us to assist in the final selection, including professional presentations to a board of directors
