Giovanna is someone who I have met and I now have a great appreciation of her abilities and temperament, She is someone who has worked for the wealthy Italian family families, including the BRANDOLINI family where she was cook and housekeeper. Giovanna understands a wide range of cooking styles, especially rustic meditterranean cuisine. She is innovative and exceptionally creative, she has some excellent innovative ideas on combining rustic regional cuisines, Japanese, fusion and she likes to understand the basics of most cuisine – like any great chef, she can tailor her cooking to the needs of her clients & customers.
